MERIPRO is a range of functional soluble wheat proteins for the food industry. They are produced from Vital Wheat gluten by different modification processes. MERIPRO’s are classified as ingredients and need no E-number. They can be labelled as “Soluble wheat proteins” and are suitable for vegetarian diets.

 

MERIPRO 500 is highly soluble, whatever the pH. It is a neutral taste and is used to increase protein levels and replace dairy proteins. It is highly digestible, nutritious and rich in glutamine, it is therefore particularly suitable for health, weight management and sports nutrition.
