Powdered Jam is a food innovation made primarily with modified starch and pectin to create a convenient premix that can be used to create and complement a wide variety of foods. Jebsen Industrial’s Powdered Jam is finely grained and naturally white.

 

Features:

·         Can be frozen and baked; acid-resistant and does not age easily

·         Suitable for industrial production; quality does not change easily

·         End-products can be adjusted for flavour and consistency

·         Naturally coloured, real fruit flavour and smooth texture

·         Convenient to use

·         Serves as a base to create many flavours (original, yam, pineapple, lemon, chocolate, etc)

·         Jam can be used as filling for buns and cakes

 

Baking Jam

Jebsen Industrial’s Baking Jam is a delightful mix of sugar, malt syrup and fruit puree that is prepared at high heat. This produces a delicious and safe jam that is flavourful and versatile in application.

 

Features:

·         Can be frozen and baked; does not age easily

·         Suitable for industrial production; quality does not change easily

·         Natural colour, real fruit flavour and smooth texture

 

Recommended applications:
