Jebsen Specialty Chemicals has set up an R&D centre to be responsible for the application development of all food ingredients.

The R&D centre thrives on innovation  to meet customer needs. With the cooperation with suppliers and customers, it focusses on providing comprehensive solutions to market changes. The sales team would be an effective bridge during this process.

R&D work centres around improving product quality through the addition of functional raw material, enhancing product image through the introduction of nutritional products. Needless to say, R&D work will also consistently adhere to local regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:
- technical support for sales team
- promotion of innovative product applications
- developing value added ingredients to meet production requirements

Key Areas:
Dairy products (fermented beverages) 
Confectionery (candy, chocolate) 
Condiments (sauces, soup, salad dressing, tomato sauce)  
Bakery (cake, bread)
Seafood (fish, shrimp and other frozen food as raw material)
Emulsion(oil in water syster, fat soluble and water soluble product encapsulation)
